TOOLS OF THE TRADE

45 PIECE TOOL KIT

Tools and Description

2. Two screwdrivers

1/8 slot screwdriver

#0 Phillips screwdriver

3. Chip tweezers: these plastic tweezers, which look like vice grips, can grasp on to most things with a locking mechanism. The downfall on this is that the plastic is really flexible, so be careful

4. Self hold tweezers: for your hard to reach areas, where your fingers can not get

5. Chip/parts retriever: this piece of equipment is very unique, and is useful if you drop a screw or small piece on your motherboard and your fingers can’t get at it. This will get the job done

6. Chip inserter: this is designed to help you insert your chips more easily

7. Chip extractor with securers/bows: it was a good idea for this tool, but because the inadequate plastic design makes it a little more difficult to use and would not be suitable for most chips. I tested this tool on an old Pentium and it did not work. I actually could not securely grasp onto anything in the computer
